Have you ever felt like you were on a spiritual plateau? Or even worse, felt like you’re backsliding?

With all of the changes going on in my life, I can say there have been times when I’ve felt like one or the other was happening.

I’m blessed to be in a spot where I know this is happening because of my choices and thoughts, and not because God is distancing Himself from me. Unfortunately, there are many who would believe the latter.

Here are some of the things I’m doing during the Spring to help me grow and get back to a good place spiritually.

Decluttering My Life
For Lent, I’ve decided to get rid of all things, people, and habits that are cluttering me, and causing me to not live my best life. Ultimately these things are also causing me to live my best life spiritually because they have become major distractions.

Growth Spring Bible Reading Plan
I will add scriptures focusing on spiritual growth to my daily devotion in my Spring Bible Reading Plan, which will be live, March 19th, the first day of Spring.

Prayer with Intent
I will be intentional about praying for spiritual growth. I created a special section in my Prayer Board, for spiritual growth prayers here. Make sure you follow it!

Spiritual Growth Journal
I am starting a Spiritual Growth Journal to encourage my spiritual growth. I’m hoping this will give me a place to journal, process, and meet with the Lord.

Spiritual Growth Affirmations
I will incorporate daily spiritual growth affirmations into my devotionals, and throughout the day as needed, to keep me focused and on goal.
